Downwind foiling boards have become indispensable in the current market, and Riftboards is also a huge fan of these shapes! When wing foiling emerged and the first boards hit the market, we realized that the existing board shapes—broad and short—were actually completely wrong for winging, as they struggled with planing. The shape should resemble that of SUP raceboards. However, since we rarely participated in winging and primarily focused on pushing our kiteboards, we didn't develop wing boards significantly. But now the time has come to launch a high-end downwind board. Over the years, we have gathered a wealth of knowledge and incorporated all our experiences into the shape. The result is a very easy-to-ride board with tremendous planing potential. Whether using a SUP paddle in flat water or downwinding, or with a wing in light winds or storms, the board takes off very early and automatically lifts itself off the water's surface.

In the future, two shapes will be available: one board with approximately 88 liters and a second one with 105 liters. More information will follow over the winter, but we would be happy to provide more details if you're interested.

Construction

All boards are handmade with the best material available. Each board has an XPS core with a carbon sandwich construction around it. Each board comes with a special designed grip pad.
